Bucks Emergency Dental is open Friday 9–5, Saturday 9–5 and Sunday 9–4. Weekends are the whole point of this office.
Call (215) 357-6241Fri 9–5 · Sat 9–5 · Sun 9–4 Or book onlineMost dental offices keep weekday hours. That is fine for cleanings, but toothaches and broken teeth do not keep a schedule. We built Bucks Emergency Dental around the days other offices are closed: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are closed Monday through Thursday.
We are not open around the clock. If your problem starts after we close, see the steps below to stay comfortable, call when we open, and go to a hospital for anything affecting breathing or swallowing.
Sunday is when finding a dentist is hardest. We are open Sunday 9am to 4pm for the same emergency care as the rest of the weekend: exam and X-ray, extractions, root canals and temporary restorations. Calling earlier in the day gives us the most room to treat you.
Pain that keeps you up, swelling, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost crown or filling, bleeding after an extraction or a wisdom tooth flare-up. If you are not sure whether it can wait, call and ask.
Take ibuprofen if you can take it safely, hold a cold pack against your cheek and sleep propped up. Do not put aspirin on the gum; it burns the tissue. Rinse broken teeth gently with warm salt water and save any pieces.
The visit starts with a $99 exam and X-ray, and anything further is quoted first. New patients from any town are welcome. Call (215) 357-6241 or book online.
Swelling that is closing an eye or spreading down the neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, a possible broken jaw, or bleeding that will not stop after 20 minutes of firm pressure all need an emergency room or 911, not a dental office. If you are unsure, go to the hospital.
